Fitz Firm

Infrastructure for missions ready to scale.

We build the strategy, brand, program design, and funding architecture behind founders and nonprofit leaders — and increasingly, behind the cities and institutions racing to catch up with where culture already is.

Where we started

Fund development was never just fund development.

We started as fund development for founders and nonprofit leaders who had the vision but not the machinery: the strategy, the brand, the program design, and the organizational backbone to make funding actually land. That work is still core.

We've written funder-facing decks and research letters that helped reposition a nonprofit's entire funding ask, and designed program architecture for a broadcast and cultural-production studio building out its educational programming arm.

Fund Development

Funder-facing decks, formal funding-request letters, and multi-audience sponsorship materials — built to convert, not just inform.

Program & Org Design

Architecture and logic models built to survive contact with an actual funder's questions — including full repositioning, from self-description to a funder-ready pillar structure.

Brand & Positioning

Identity systems built to stay consistent across every audience a client has to speak to — funders, government, and corporate partners — without contradicting itself.

What's changed

The same gap. A bigger room.

The same infrastructure gap we solve inside nonprofits — vision without the system to execute it — is exactly what we now see inside city governments and institutions trying to build "third-space" and next-economy programming: esports, content creation, creator economies, workforce pipelines for industries that didn't exist ten years ago.

"How can I help?"

Asked directly by an economic-development leader — which told us the market doesn't want another consultant. It wants someone who has actually built the thing, not studied it.

How we work

Everything aligned. Never sold in isolation.

01

Strategy

The logic model and positioning that everything else has to agree with.

02

Brand

A brand doesn't convert without a funding model that makes sense.

03

Program

A grant doesn't land without a credible program behind it.

04

Funding

A city's third-space investment doesn't work without a workforce pipeline attached to it.

We build the whole system, because building only one piece is how good missions stall.
